◼ Ron G. Kelsheimer, 80, rural Cedar Point, died Thursday, Nov. 1, 2018, at St. Luke Hospital in Marion, Kansas.

There will be a visitation held from 6:30-7:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the Brown-Bennett-Alexander Funeral Home in Cottonwood Falls.

A celebration of life service will be 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the Flint Hills Community Church in Cottonwood Falls with burial in Hillcrest Cemetery in Florence.

Memorial contributions to the St. Luke Hospital Foundation or to the National Alopecia Areata Foundation (to support individuals and families who experience sudden hair loss) may be sent in care of the funeral home, PO Box 220, Cottonwood Falls, KS 66845.

He was born on Aug. 30, 1938, to Ira and Margaret (Collins) Kelsheimer in Florence, KS. He and Joan M. Widler were married May 26, 1960, in Florence.

Ron is survived by his wife, Joan, of the home; a son, Ron Kelsheimer (Cindy) of Strong City; two daughters: Teresa Kelsheimer of Cedar Point and Cindy Walden of Overland Park; a brother, David Kelsheimer (Laurie) of Walton; three sisters: VelDonna Swartz of Newton, Cheryl Miller (Lowell) of Walton, and Regina Cornelius of Weston, MO; seven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

◼ Leola M. Unrau, 82, Lehigh, died Nov. 3, 2018, at Parkside Home in Hillsboro.

A Celebration of Life Service will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 10, 2018, at Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church in Hillsboro.

Interment will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Lehigh Mennonite cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. on Friday at Jost Funeral Home in Hillsboro.

She was born July 12, 1936, in Newton to Arthur and Elizabeth (Goering) Wedel. She married Rufus Unrau September 21, 1955, in Moundridge.

Survivors include sons, Brian (Danita) Unrau of Lehigh, Kendall Unrau of Lehigh; daughter, DeVonne (Rex) Abrahams of Canton; brothers, Ken and Kerm Wedel of Minneapolis, KS; 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

◼ Helen Marie Vogel, 82, died Friday, Nov. 2, 2018, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.

A Celebration of Life Service was at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2018, at Zoar Mennonite Brethren Church in Inman.

The family received guests from 5-7 p.m. on Monday at the Church.

She was born June 16, 1936, to Henry J. and Elizabeth (Klaassen) Voth at Mt. Lake, MN. She married Ralph Vogel August 8, 1958, in Hillsboro at the Hillsboro M.B. Church.

Survivors include husband, Ralph Vogel of Inman; son, Brad (Beverly) Vogel of Hillsboro; daughter, Kim (Don) Sawyer of Hutchinson; 5 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
