◼ Lonn Richards, 87, Hillsboro, died Thursday, Nov. 8, 2018, at Hillsboro Community Hospital.

A Celebration of Life Service will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 13, at Parkview M.B. Church in Hillsboro.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. on Monday at Jost Funeral Home in Hillsboro.

A Committal service will be at 10 a.m. on Tuesday at Gnadenau cemetery rural Hillsboro.

He was born May 14, 1931, in Caldwell to Porter and Ella (Balaban) Richards. He married Beverly Kliewer on July 24, 1965, in Henderson, Nebraska.

Survivors include wife, Beverly Richards of Hillsboro; son, Brad (Stephanie) Richards of Springdale, Arkansas; daughter, Arlene (Leigh) McGonigle of Wichita; 2 grandchildren.

◼ Wilber H. German, 68, Hillsboro, died Saturday, Nov. 10, 2018, at Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice in Wichita.

A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, November 14, at Olson’s Mortuary in Canton.

A memorial has been established with the Kansas Cancer Center – Via Christi, Wichita, in care of the mortuary.

He was born May 31, 1950, in McPherson, the son of Harvey F. and Geneva M. (Greenwood) German. He married Sharon K. Maggard on September 29, 1990, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Survivors include wife, Sharon of Hillsboro; son, Cody Wil (Misty) German, Choctaw, Oklahoma; daughter, Gindy Lynn (Randall) Horn of Blanchard, Oklahoma; sister, Darcy D. (Dennis) Mausikf of Ubly, Michigan; four grandchildren.

◼ Bernadeen Broadstreet Winter, 79, Marion, died on November 7, 2018, at her home.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 13, 2018, at Zeiner Funeral Home in Marion, Ks.

The funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at Zeiner Funeral Home in Marion, Ks with Carl Helm officiating.

Interment will follow at the Marion Cemetery.

She was born on April 23, 1939, in Augusta to Bernard and Genevieve Bailey Broadstreet. She married Alvin Winter.

She is survived by her husband Alvin; sisters, Nancy Bowen, Judy Stauffer (Rick) Wendy Buchanan; three granddaughters Symba Newman (Jesse), Colleen Steele (James), Brooke Bernhardt; two grandsons; 6 great-children.
