◼ Jean Keller, 87, formerly of Hillsboro, died Oct 14, 2019, at Towanda, Kansas.

A Celebration of Life service will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Oct 19, 2019, at North West Free Methodist Church on 3224 North Tyler Road, Wichita, Kansas 67205.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Friday at the church.

◼ Elzabeth M. Pore, 83, died Oct 8, 2019, at McPherson Health and Rehab.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, Oct 14, 2019 at the Galva Christian Church.

Interment will be in Canton Township Cemetery.

Friends may call from 1 p.m. Monday until service time at the church.

Memorials have been established with The American Heart Association or The American Diabetes Association, in care of Olson’s Mortuary, Canton.

She was born Aug 12, 1936 in Beaumont, the daughter of Merle B. and Martha L. (Lister) Herbison. On Feb 22, 1959 she married William L. Pore Jr. at Carlson.

Survivors include a son Bryan Pore and a daughter Linda Pore, both of Canton; one brother, William F. (Jackie) Herbison, El Dorado and one sister, Ann Golden of Haysville.

◼ Darrell “Doc” Salsbury, 83, died Monday, Oct 14 at the Newton Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct 22, 2019, at the Broadway Colonial Funeral Home in Newton.

The family will receive friends between 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home on Monday, Oct 21.

◼ William D. Wilson, 88, died Oct 9, 2019, at Pinnacle Park Nursing & Rehab, Salina.

A memorial service was at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct 15, 2019 at Olson’s Mortuary, Canton.

Inturnment was private in McPherson Cemetery.

A memorial has been established with the McPherson V.F.W., in care of the mortuary.

He was born July 13, 1931 in Canton, the son of Howard Louis and Vera L. (Keefer) Wilson.

Survivors include daughters, Virginia (Bill) Rowson, Salina, Debra Burdick, Aberdeen, South Dakota and Karen (John) Ralston, Liberal; brother, Larry (Gayle) Wilson, Mead, Okl; sisters, Exie Rhoden, Taylorsville, Utah and Wynona Wilson, Canon City, Colorado; 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
