DEATH: Douglas E. Wade, 75

Douglas E. Wade, 75, a utility man in the mobile home industry, died Sept. 1 at Anthony Community Care Center in Anthony.

A graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 5, at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Canton.

The memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 6, at Zion Lutheran Church, 101 E. Cherry St., Argonia.

He was born May 26, 1939, to Edward and Clara (Kollmer) Wade at Norfolk, Neb. On Jan. 27, 1963, he was married to Diane Otte, who survives.

Other survivors include daughter Tamara and husband Matthew Yoder of North Miami, Okla.; sisters Dolores Randall of Sun City, Ariz., Barbara Sprieck of Omaha, Neb., Marilyn Miller of Norfolk, Neb., and Sharon Dohrman of Phoenix, Ariz., and one grandson.

Memorials may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church, Zion Lutheran Church or Rivercross Hospice and sent in care of Olson?s Mortuary, 139 N. Main, P.O. Box 355, Canton, KS 67428.
