The funeral will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, at Hesston Mennonite Brethren Church, 610 W. Randall St., Hesston.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Nov. 7 at Schowalter Villa Chapel, 200 Cedar St., Hesston.
She was born Aug. 2, 1944, to Curt and Lena Classen.
Survivors include children Brad Burkholder (Sally) of Hesston, Tiffany Smith (Michael) of Omaha, Neb., Jonathan Burkholder (Jeanna) of Seattle, Wash., Candice Bradford (Jeff) of Phoenix, Ariz.; nine grandchildren; sister-in-law, Dori Classen of Holdrege, Neb., and nieces and nephews.

? ROBERT B. “BOB” HIGGINS, 74, chief estimator for Hensel Phelps Construction, died Oct. 28 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
The service was Nov. 1 at Eastmoor United Methodist Church, Marion. Burial was at Marion Cemetery.
He was born Dec. 8, 1939, to William and Alice (Grubbs) Higgins at Philadelphia, Pa. On Oct. 18, 1964, he was married to Jeanne L. Carr, who survives.
Other survivors include children Bill Higgins (Cindy) of Cedar Park, Texas; Stefanie Bodjanac (Tim) of Stow, Ohio; Pamela Higgins of Long Beach, Calif.; and Matthew Higgins (Jennifer) of Escondido, Calif.; siblings, Charles ?Jetter? Eichman and Diane Higgins; nine grandchildren and mother-in-law Wanda Carr of Marion.

She was born Oct. 6, 1934, to Peter E. And Viola A. (Flickner) Zerger near Elyria. On June 20, 1954, she was married to Edwin D. Stucky, who predeceased her Aug. 26, 2009.
Survivors include son Douglas of Moundridge; daughters, Vianne (Randy) Hagen of Hillsboro, Sandy (Scott) Harders and Teresa (Blaine) Stucky, all of Moundridge; brother Myron Zerger of Dearborn, Mich.; sister Ruby Unruh of Meade, Kans.; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

? NICHOLAS DAN THIESSEN, 68, a coach and teacher of Bakersfield, Calif., died Nov. 1 after a long battle with cancer.
The graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 6 at Shafter Memorial Park Cemetery, 18662 Santa Fe Way, Shafter, Calif.
He was born May 27, 1946, to Jim and Alvina Thiessen at Wasco, Calif. On Aug. 9, 1969, he was married to Carolyn Derksen, who survives.
Other survivors include son Nate Thiessen; daughter Nikki Hiebert; brother Frank Thiessen; sister Bonnie Hooge (Paul), three grandchildren and extended family members.
