? DOROTHY ISABELLE (BROWN) MORFORD, 93, formerly of Greensburg, died Nov. 6 at Salem Home in Hillsboro.

The service was Nov. 10 at Greensburg Christian Church with pastor Carl Helm officiating. A graveside followed the funeral at Fairview Cemetery, Greens?burg.

She was born Jan. 7, 1921, to Edward and Malissa Isabelle (Alford) Brown Macaulay at Greensburg. On Nov. 24, 1945, she was married to Floyd Sherman Morford, who predeceased her March 5, 2007.

Survivors include sons Quentin A. and wife Shari Morford of Hillsboro and Craig and wife Brenda Mor?ford of Haviland; daughter Sharman and husband Bill Thornton of Congress, Ariz.; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Greensburg Christian Church and sent in care of Fleener Funeral Home, 514 S. Main St., Greensburg, KS 67054.

?LUCENA THIESSEN, 92, and a homemaker of Fre?donia, died Nov. 4 at Garland, Texas.

The service was Nov. 8 at Parkview Mennonite Breth?ren Church, Hillsboro.

She was born Nov. 16, to Jacob and Anna (Wall) Seibel at Aulne. She was married to Alfred Thiessen, who predeceased her in 2008.

Survivors include son Larry Thiessen of Galva; daughters Judy and husband Ed Wolfe of Newton and Carol Sachse of Garland; brothers Wallace and Homer; sister Frances Quintana; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
