? THOMAS E. DUGGAN, 80, of Tampa, a farmer, rural carrier and postmaster, died Oct. 10.

The service was Oct. 15, at Holy Redeemer Church in Tampa. Burial was at St. Mary?s Cemetery in Tampa.

He was born Nov. 20, 1933, to Thomas P. and Elizabeth Katherine (Coyne) Duggan, at Salina. On Nov. 29, 1975, he was married to Dolores (Dee) Duggan, who survives.

Other survivors include daughters Darla K. Hall of Lee?s Summit, Mo., and Deb Hall of Herington; two grandchildren; sisters Patricia and husband Gene Westerhaus of Flagstaff, Ariz., and Betty and husband Don Frick of Topeka and nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Holy Redeemer Church of Tampa or Tampa Pride and sent in care of Zeiner Funeral Home, 205 Elm, Marion, KS 66861.

? WAVO MARIE (DOVER) DEPLER, 86, of Peabody, died Oct. 7 at Newton Medical Center, Newton.

The service was Oct. 13 at Christian Church at Division and Sycamore in Peabody with pastor Jim Pohlman officiating.

Burial was at Prairie Lawn Cemetery, Peabody.

She was born April 14, 1928, to Lena Lucille Elkins and Richard P. Dover at Kansas City, Mo. On Nov. 30, 1946, she was married to Donald N. Depler, who survives.

Other survivors include twin brothers Ted Dover of Peabody and Bob and wife Carol Dover of Oklahoma City, Okla.; sister Delores Fisher of Oklahoma City; daughters Vickie Sue and husband Mike Box of Florence and Linda Gay and husband Charlie Fisher of Peabody; sons Garry D. Depler of Amarillo, Texas, Harvey L. and wife Linda Mae Depler of Wichita, Rick L. and wife Linda Depler of Fort Worth, Texas, and Daniel J. Depler and fiancee Ann Strickland of Florence; four nieces; seven nephews; 19 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
