Mildred Hamm, 83, Tampa died on Dec. 11, 2021, at Hillsboro Community Hospital in Hillsboro.
A Celebration of Life service will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 18, 2021, at First Baptist Church of Durham.
The Committal service will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday at Durham Park cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. on Friday at Jost Jost Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to First Baptist Church of Durham in care of Jost Funeral Home at P.O. Box 266 Hillsboro, KS 67063.
She was born on Feb. 5, 1938, in Newton to Curtis and Elizabeth (Gronau) Padgett. She married Gus Hamm on June 6, 1959, in Florence.
Survivors include husband, Gus Hamm of Hillsboro; son, Randy Hamm of Leawood; daughter, Sharon (Dave) Schrag of Lindsborg; grandchildren, Payden, Ross, Lane; brother, Bill (Mary) Padgett of Flatrock, North Carolina; sisters, Betty Ireland of Florence, Mary Shillcutt of Issaquah, Washington, Edna (Jerry) Malmgren of Overland Park.
