Kenneth Michael Winter, 73, died on February 2, 2022, at Hillsboro Community Hospital in Hillsboro.
A Celebration of life service will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 12, 2022, at Ebenfeld Church Fellowship Hall in rural Hillsboro.
The Committal Service will be at Ebenfeld Cemetery in rural Hillsboro.

He was born on February 23, 1948, in Hillsboro to Eddie and Pauline (Kew) Winter. He married his wife, Ruth, of Wichita, Kansas, not only once but twice. They were joined together as man and wife for over 44 years.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth, daughters: Holly Meier and Heidi Luna; brother, Terry Winter (Janet of Wichita; five grandchildren and two great-granddaughters.
