Donald E. Montigny, 66, Hillsboro, died on Dec. 6, 2021, at Hillsboro Community Hospital in Hillsboro.
A public gathering to celebrate the life of Donald will be at 3 p.m. at the Hillsboro Scout House on Thursday, Dec. 9.
He was born on September 10, 1955, to John and Vivian (Branagan) Montigny in East Meadow, New York. He married Bonnie Squires on April 10, 1983, in New York.
Survivors include wife, Bonnie Squires of Hillsboro; sons, Daniel Montigny of Hillsboro, John (Caty) Montigny of Peabody, Matthew (Kielice) Montigny of Peabody, Donald Montigny of Douglas; daughters, Crystal Squires of Oklahoma, Kimberly Montigny of Park City, Heather (Michael) Montigny of Kansas, Angel Montigny of Kansas; 9 grandchildren.
