Marion competes at State music contest

 

Tristan Dye, Christian Albin, Lane Svboda and Hayden Mendoza competed at the State Festival on Saturday in Lindsborg. Their Men’s Ensemble got a 1 rating.

Marion High School music students competed at the State Festival on Saturday, April 30 in Lindsborg. It is a great accomplishment to make state and get a chance to demonstrate their hard work. A 1 rating is the highest and a 3 rating is the lowest.

The results were as follows:

Men’s Ensemble – 1 Rating

Alyera Koehn – 1 Rating

Sara Groening – 1 Rating

Wind Ensemble – 2 Rating

Singers – High 2 Rating

Women’s Choir – High 2 Rating

Tristen Dye – 2 Rating

Christian Albin – 2 Rating
