Food drive July 20 at Hillsboro pool
A Swimmers Food Drive is planned from 9 p.m. to midnight Friday July 20 at the Hillsboro Family Aquatic Center.
Admission is a $4 donation or four non-perishable food items. Season passes will not be valid that evening.
Senior center to serve ice cream July 22
Come enjoy a bowl of ice cream with all the toppings from 4-6 p.m. Sunday, July 22, at the Marion Senior Center.
This is a fundraiser to help keep the Marion Senior Center open and free will donations will gladly be accepted.
Herb workshop
offered July 20-21
Lavender will be the topic of the next herb workshop will be July 20-21 at the Villa on the Prairie at 111 W. Sixth St. in Florence.
Sessions will run from 10 a.m. sharp to about noon. Cost is $30 per person.
