Schmidt marks 102
Ella Schmidt celebrated her 102nd birthday Saturday, March 13, at Schowalter Villa in Hesston, with members of her family present.
She and her husband, Ernst, lived near Canton, where they raised five children.
Her living descendants and families number more than 90 and include six great-great-grandchildren.
