Cards requested for 85th birthday
The family of Maxine Vogts of Canton is requesting a card shower in honor of her 85th birthday.
She was born Sept. 2, 1927, in rural Canton. On Oct. 5, 1952, she was married to Roland W. Vogts, who died May 2, 2000.
Vogts is a retired beautician and now a homemaker.
Her children and their spouses are Stuart and Sue Vogts, Steve and Karen Vogts, Stacy and Brenda Vogts and Loren and Sandy Schmidt.
She also has 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
