Jarrod and Michelle (Hajek) Truman of Valley Center announce the birth of their daughter, Whitney KayAnn, born Oct. 31 at Via Christi-St. Joseph Hospital, Wichita.

She weighed 9 pounds, 14 ounces and was 201⁄2 inches long.

She has two brothers, Tyler James, 51⁄2, and Derek Michael 21⁄2.
Grandparents are Gary and Vickie Hajek of Lost Springs, Peggy Wilson, and Jet and Vicki Truman of Valley Center.

Great-grandparents are Mildred Hajek and the late Albert Hajek of Lost Springs, Ann Boese and the late Ezra Boese of Marion, Jim and Elizabeth Truman of Valley Center, Fred McHugh and the late Bonnie McHugh of Valley Center, and Ray and Pat King of Tyro, Ark.

Dave and Carla Tharp of rural Peabody announce the birth of their son, Jacob Earl, born Oct. 20 at Newton Medical Center in Newton.

Jacob weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces and was 201⁄2 long.

Grandparents are Greg and Linda Carlson and Blair and Nancy Tharp of Marion.

Maternal great-grandparents are Gary and Shirley Carlson of Marion and Bill and Edna Robinson of Florence.

Paternal great-grandparents are Dalene Tharp and Louise Wood of Marion.

Josh and Rachel Plenert of Hillsboro announce the birth of their daughter, Cheyanne Beverly Plenert on Friday, Nov. 7, at McPherson.

She weighed 6 pounds, 5 ounces and was 21 inches long.

She has two brothers, Tyson, 4, and Wyatt, 21⁄2.

Grandparents are Leroy and Donna Schrag of Moundridge, Al and Karen Plenert of Canton and the late Beverly Schroeder of Hillsboro.

Great-grandparents are Wynona Randall of Augusta and Irv and Mildred Schroeder of Hillsboro.

Dustin Suffield and Brianna Radar of Wichita announce the birth of their child, Jaiden Michael Suffield, on Wednesday, Oct. 22, at St. Joseph Hospital in Wichita.

Jaiden weighed 7 pounds and 6.2 ounces and was 20 inches long.

Grandparents are Jack Radar, Tamara Suffield of Hillsboro and the late David Suffield.

Great-grandparents are Mike and LaVona Loveless of Antelope.
