Nevaeh Pontious

Justin and Linessa Pontious of Newton announce the birth of a daughter, Nevaeh Marie, born July 22.

She weighed 6 pounds and was 18 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Doug and Lisa Duerksen of Goessel. Paternal grandparents are Ron and Roberta McGlachlin of Newton. Maternal great-grandparents are Archie J. and the late Helga Schmidt of Newton, and Connie and James Wiens of Goessel. Paternal great-grandparents are LaVada and the late Paul Holub of Pilsen, and Jay and Hazel Pontious of Lincolnville. Maternal great-great-grandmother is Evelyn Schmidt of Goessel.

Trevan Yost

Keith and Marita Yost of Madrid, Neb., announce the birth of a son, Trevan Blake, born Aug. 7 at Perkins County Community Hospital in Grant, Neb.

He weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long. He has two sisters, Vanessa, 5, and Ashlyn, 2 1/2.

Grandparents are Warren and Jane Unruh of Lehigh and Darrel and Helen Yost of Madrid. Great-grandparents are Harry and Lela Wedel of Tampa.
