Elliott Klein

Becky and Michael Klein of Hillsboro announce the birth of their son, Elliott Coltrane Klein, born Tuesday, Dec. 16, at Newton Medical Center in Newton.

He weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces and was 19 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Bob and Judy Jantz of Hillsboro.

Paternal grandparents are Bob and LaDonna Klein of Durham.

Malechy Sporhase

Zackary and Angel Sporhase of Marion announce the birth of a son, Malechy Scott, born Jan. 29 at McPherson Memorial Hospital. He weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces, and was 22 inches long.

He has a brother William, 11⁄2.

Maternal grandparent is Tonga Serisa of Sierra Vista, Ariz. Paternal grandparents are Christine and David Sporhase of Sierra Vista.
