Luka Raugust

Paul and Sara Raugust of Hillsboro announce the birth of their daughter, Luka Renee, born April 30 at Newton Medical Center.

She weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces and was 191⁄2 inches long.

Her sister is Hazel, turning 2 in September.

Grandparents are Dan and Susan Janzen of Hillsboro and Barry and Dianna Raugust of Wichita.

Great-grandparents are Edna Karber of Fairview, Okla., Monroe and Alvina Raugust of Harvey, N.D., and Paul and Rose Penner of Wichita.

Michael Herron

Jim and Diane Herron of Chippewa Falls, Wis., announce the birth of their son, Michael David, born July 8, in Chippewa Falls.

He weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces and was 191⁄2 inches long. His siblings are Andrew, 6, Peter, 5, Maria, 3, and John, 2.

Grandparents are Jerry and Jeanne Rziha of Tampa and Floyd Herron of Wichita. His great-grandmother is Bonnie Haslouer of Abilene.
