He weighed 6 pounds, 1 ounce and was 19 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Gerald and Juanita Ediger of Hillsboro. Paternal grandparents are Mike and Secenia Harris of Columbus, and Harvey Scruggs of Kansas City.

Great-grandparents are Lois Ediger of Hillsboro, Audrey Scroggins of Pittsburg and Ruby Jeffers of Kansas City.

Three other siblings include Harvey D?Andre Lee Scruggs IV, 8, Shaelynn Denae Scruggs, 6, and Jaxson Isaiah Scruggs, 5.
