The family of Norman and Vivian Mueller requests a card shower to celebrate their parent?s 60th wedding anniversary.

The Muellers were married in the First Baptist Church of Durham on Sept. 10, 1948. They have lived in Canada, Kan., all of their married life. Norman was co-owner of Cardie Oil Inc., Tampa, for more than 60 years. Vivian was a homemaker. After the children were grown, she managed the Cardie Oil station in Hillsboro until she retired.
Their children are Norm Mueller and Christy Murphy of Denver, Colo., Barry and Julie Mueller of Healdsburg, Calif., and Jo O'Dell of Marion. Grandchildren are Luke Mueller of Santa Ana, Costa Rica; Adam Mueller of Denver; Claire Mueller of Cuenca, Ecuador; Brandon Mueller of Vancouver, Wash., Travis and Spencer Mueller of Healdsburg; and Erin and Shawn Markley and Caitlin O'Dell, all of Lee?s Summit, Mo. Great-grandchildren are Ella Markley of Lee?s Summit and Jeremy Mueller of Vancouver.
A family celebration will be held over Thanksgiving in Lee?s Summit.
