Art and Betty Mueller celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a family dinner held April 4.

They were married April 17, 1949, at St. John Lutheran Church in Tampa.

The couple has three sons Dale and Marla of Folsom, Calif., Doug of Ixonia, Wis., David of Tampa; five grandchildren and two great-grandsons.

The couple has lived on a farm northeast of Tampa all their married life.

Betty?s sister and family also attended the dinner.

Another dinner will be held with Art?s sister, Doris and husband Richard Ott who are celebrating their 50th anniversary with the Mueller family on Sunday, April 26, at the home of Gary and Sharon Mueller of Hillsboro.

Homer Lee and Elma Ruth Harms of North Newton will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, April 19, in the community room at 500 W. Bluestem St., North Newton.

The couple were married on April 17, 1959, at the First Mennonite Church in Hillsboro. Their children are Marvin and Nancy Harms of rural Elbing and Henry and Gwenda Mahmud of Atlantic City, N. J. In addition, they have six grandchildren.

Friends and relatives are all invited to the celebration and no gifts are requested.
