While on their way to Mr. K?s Farmhouse in Abilene, about 20 members of the Wichita Area PT Cruisers Club stopped for a short break in Hillsboro Saturday morning. Brenda Mueller, right, and Bill Williams, both of Wichita, talked outside Casey?s General Store on North Ash Street. She said the club is headquartered in Wichita, but anyone who has a PT Cruiser or likes them is welcome. ?We have members from Augusta, Hutchinson, Cheney, Goddard, Burrton, Salina, Winfield and Wellington,? she said, ?and 20 PT Cruisers.? The club is active in car shows, ?cruising? to different places and taking part in parades. ?Our club is about having fun and meeting new friends,? Mueller said.
