Janet Whisenhunt, an aide in the Wiebe Media Center at Hillsboro High School, came up with a unique Christmas tree this year. She found a picture she liked on the Web and created this version of it for the library. A photo of the ?tree? was sent to librarians on school list-serv of head librarian Sandy Arnold, who said it has started a trend as several schools have followed suit. A photo of the ?tree? made the front page of the State Library of Kansas site, according to Arnold.
