The Hillsboro sixth-grade girls? basketball team won the Marion Rec Basketball Championship Saturday, Feb. 14, with a 43-16 win over Emporia. The team finished the season with a perfect 9-0 record. In three years of participation in the Marion Rec League, this team finished with a combined record of 23-3 and two tournament championships.
