Gregory Davidson, grandson of Ray and Eleanor Davidson of Florence, has earned a docorate of philosophy in nuclear engin?eering and radiological sciences from the University of Michigan.
A 1998 high school graduate from Baker, Ore., he earned his bachelor?s degree in nuclear engineering in 2002 and his master?s degree in 2004, both from Oregan State University.
He has accepted a position with Oak Ridge (Tenn.) National Laborarory as a research and development associate.
Davidson is the son of Steve and Judy Davidson of Newton.
