Mission Health Com?mun??ities, LLC, a provider of senior living and skilled rehabilitation communities in the southeast and midwest, has taken over management and operations of Peabody Care Center, LLC.
MHC has changed the name to Peabody Health and Rehab and will begin managing the long-term health-care facility immediately.
MHC is based in Tampa, Fla., and manages 31 other communities that provide an array of sub-acute nursing care, skilled care and rehabilitation therapy services, with a focus on wellness and enriched quality of life for residents.

In addition, MHC will also manage 13 other Deseret Health Group facilities in Kansas, bringing the total number of communities under the Mission umbrella to 32.
