Jesse Meier, a 2015 Hillsboro High graduate, receives the Built Ford Tough FFA Scholarship from Hillsboro Ford co-owners Randy Hagen (left) and Terry Hagen. The $1,000 award is part of the National FFA Collegiate Scholarship Program. Meier, son of Jon and Jill Meier of Hillsboro, plans to attend Kansas State University next year to major in mechanical engineering.
