MB Foundation rated highly by Christian research group

MB Foundation, based in Hillsboro, has been included in the 2009 list of ?Certified Best Christian Workplaces in the U.S.? by a national research group based in Washington State.

Key criteria are that staff feel that over the past year their organization has improved and that there is good teamwork across departments.

MB Foundation, located at 315 S. Lincoln, provides financial and stewardship services to friends and ministries of the U.S. Conference of Menno?nite Brethren Churches.

In order to be certified, organizations must complete a suvery issued by The Best Christian Workplaces Institute and meet predetermined standards of excellence.

Employees answer more than 50 questions addressing these topics, rating each statement from 1 (strongly disagree) through 5 (strongly agree).

The 2009 survey involved more than 12,000 employees in 123 organizations across the United States to identify great workplaces with a Christian mission or values.
