Members of the Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce gathered for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the official opening of Jan?s Floral Designs, owned by Jan Frantz (dark top with scissors), and Kessler Kreations, owned by Marie Kessler (white top with scissors), in the storefront formerly occupied by Hillsboro Furniture at 108-112 S. Main in Hillsboro.
