Members of the Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce and officers in The Citizens State Bank gathered at 120 N. Main Friday for the ceremonial ribbon-cutting marking the official opening of a CSB loan office in Hillsboro. Cutting the ribbon is Bob Watson, a CSB senior vice president, who will man the office located in the Wise & Reber law offices. Standing behind him to his left is Ken Schrag, CSB president. The ceremony marked Watson?s return to the Hillsboro?s banking scene following a one-year hiatus after serving 20-plus years with Emprise Bank in Hillsboro.
