4-H News (December 6, 2017)

• Corn mazes, pumpkins, and all things fall were the setting for the October meeting of the Tampa Triple T’s 4-H Club. The club met at the Sunnyside Pumpkin Patch in Assaria. Upon returning to Tampa, there was a short meeting followed by hot dogs, chips, cookies and drinks.

Roll call was answered by your favorite Halloween candy. Kim and Michelle discussed online enrollment and announced dates for the coming year. Marion County will be at 4-H camp from June 13-16. The achievement banquet will be Nov. 5 at Marion. All members will get in free, but guests will pay $3 per person. RSVP by Oct. 27 and bring a side dish.

The Christmas party will be Dec. 10 and the members will not be having a gift exchange. Each member will be asked to donate $5; the money will be used to buy gifts for the angel tree.
