Gardening class to be offered as Lifelong Learning

Jana Dalke, from Serenity Gardens near Hillsboro, will be sharing a wealth of knowledge on preparing spring flower beds and summer vegetable gardens as the topic for the March 22 Lifelong Learning program.

The program will begin at 9:45 a.m. on Friday, March 22 in the Heritage Lobby of the Shari Flaming Center for the Arts.

Several local vendors will be sharing the latest in fashion, home d├ęcor, baked goods and more. Local business booths will provide free information on the services they offer and special offers only available to Lifelong Learners. Attenders can enter their name to win giveaways.

The public is welcome to attend all Lifelong Learning programs and may register at the door. Fees are $5 per session, or $15 per individual and $29 per couple for the full semester.

Participants may enjoy lunch in the college cafeteria after the session at the discount price of $4.
