The pairings for the Class 3A Sub-state Tournament hosted by Hillsboro were released Wednes?day. Both Trojan teams will need to win their first-round games on the road in order to gain any ?home-court advantage? during the tournament.
The Hillsboro boys, seeded fifth with an 11-8 record, will play at fourth-seeded Southeast of Saline (12-8) at 7 p.m. Monday in their first-round contest.
The Hillsboro girls, seeded fifth at 9-10, will travel to Marion (10-10), seeded fourth, for a first-round game at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
The Marion boys (6-14), meanwhile, seeded seventh, will play at No. 2 Sedgwick (15-5) at 7 p.m. Monday.
