Unable to?overcome a game opening 29-5 run by Haven, Marion lost at Haven 64-34 on Tuesday night.
Marion was out shot 52.4 to 37.1 percent by the Wildcats in the contest. Haven also took advantage of fast break opportunities, outscoring the Warrior on points off turnovers 24-10. Marion was out rebounded 32-15.
Haven had three players in double figures led by Kyle Lee Osborn and Ridge Foster with 15 points a piece. Devin Callon finished with 11 points and seven rebounds.
Will Case was the high point man for Marion with 14. Eric Vogel scored 12 points and grabbed seven rebounds. Issac Hett had six. Mitch Cady scored two points.
Marion fell to 3-4 overall and is 1-1 is MCAA league play. The Warriors will look to bounce back Friday in Marion, when they host Hoisington
