Jim Funk, 77, a farmer of Hillsboro, died Sept. 16 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
The service will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 21, at Trinity Mennonite Church, 211 Elm St., Hillsboro, with pastor Adam Utecht officiating.
Burial will be at Haven of Rest Cemetery, rural Hillsboro.
Visitation is from 2-4 p.m. Sunday at Jost Funeral Home, Hillsboro, also in charge of arrangements.
He was born Sept. 3, 1938, to Arthur and Katherine (Pankratz) Funk at Hillsboro. On July 6, 1958, he was married to Jeanie Base, who survives.
Other survivors include sons Lonnie and wife Shawn Funk of Manhattan and Gail and wife Becca Funk of Topeka; daughter Joy and husband Keith Stoneking of Wichita; brothers Norman Funk of Marion and Kenneth and wife Bonnie Funk and Linferd and wife Delores Funk, all of rural Hillsboro; sister Edith Unruh of Hillsboro and six grandchildren.
