FRYE FAMILY UPDATE: Needs met for now

Timothy, Asia and Abi Frye, who were needing assistance with clothing following the Jan. 7 fire at their home in Hillsboro have their immediate needs met for the time being, according to their pastor, Randy Smith at First Mennonite Church in Hillsboro.

?At this point it appears much of their stuff is restoreable, including their clothing,? Smith said. So they do not need more clothes.?

The family continues to live with Timothy?s parents, who live south of Newton (not near Goessel, as we reported this week).

?In a couple of weeks they plan to move into a Tabor (College) house, and depending on what is restored by then, and if they receive insurance money before then, they might need additional items,? Smith said. ?We?ll know better as that draws closer.

?When we have a better understanding of their financial situation, we will make that known. We will plan on addressing financial needs through our FMC deacon fund then.?
