Vera Alice Harder, 90, homemaker, died Thursday, May 1, at Parkside Homes in Hillsboro.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday, May 5, at Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church with pastor Dave Plett officiating. Burial will precede the funeral at 10 a.m. at Hillsboro MB Cemetery.
She was born Dec. 4, 1917, to Peter and Caroline (Hein) Suder?man at Hillsboro. On Nov. 28, 1937, she was married to Edwin F. Harder, who predeceased her in 1994.
She is survived by two sons, Jerry of Denver, Colo., and Jay and wife Ruth of Omak, Wash.; a daughter, Jan and husband Vern Classen of Littleton, Colo.; a brother, Edwin P. Suderman of Kansas City, Mo.; six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, May 4, at Jost Funeral Home. A memorial has been established for the pipe organ fund at Hillsboro MB Church.
