Wade Smith, 56, of Hillsboro, died Tuesday, May 30, at Hillsboro Community Hospital.
A private family service is planned.
He was born Aug. 29, 1960, to Kenneth and Irene (Harper) Smith at Salina.
Survivors include companion Mary Klenda of Hillsboro; daughter Brianna Smith of Overland Park; five brothers; seven sisters and one grandchild.
