Paul H. Penner, 91, former construction company owner and chairman of the Tabor College board of directors for many years, died Jan. 1 in Wichita.
The service and visitation were both at First Mennonite Brethren Church, West 21st St., Wichita.
He was born Nov. 1, 1925, to Edna (Gaede) and Henry Penner at Ingalls. He was married to Olga Penner, who predeceased him after 53 years of marriage.
He is survived by wife Rose Marie Owens Penner; daughters Diana (Barry) Raugust and Sandra (Donald) Friesen; son Roger (Rebecca) Penner; sister Shirley (Penner) Friesen; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; step-children and step-grandchildren.
