DEATH: Monroe Kreutziger, 93

Monroe W. Kreutziger, 93, a farmer and stockman in the Canada area, died Aug. 24 at Via Christi?St. Francis in Wichita.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 27, at Strassburg Baptist Church, 2249 Pawnee, rural Marion. Burial will be in the Marion Cemetery. Visitation is from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Zeiner Funeral Home, 205 Elm St., Marion.

He was born Aug. 24 to Irvin and Lucy (Siebert) Kreutziger in Marion. On June 1, 1951, he was married to LaNorma Schlotthauer, who survives.

Other survivors include daughters Rita and Randall Whitcomb of Ann Arbor, Mich.; Judy and Jerry Dietzel of Pigeon, Mich.; Debra and Steve Wilkens of Monrovia, Calif.; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A memorial fund has been established for the church in care of Zeiner Funeral Home, P.O. Box 6, Marion, KS 66861.
