DEATH: Lucille V. Cornelsen

Lucille V. Cornelsen, 93, former Hillsboro resident, Lucille V. Cornelsen, 93, died on Aug. 28 at Sunshine Meadows Retirement Community in Buhler, Kansas.

Visitation will be held on Friday, Aug from 1-8 p.m. with the family greeting guests from 6-8 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, Sept. 1 at 10:00 a.m. at the Bethany Church of The Nazarene, 408 N. Kent Rd., Hutchinson. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Hutchinson.

She was born in Newton on August 10, 1925 the daughter of Abram J. and Martha L. (Stelting) Voth. On July 18, 1947 Lucille married Edmer Cornelsen in Hillsboro, KS.

She is survived by a daughter, Helen Nicoli, Wichita; two sons and their wives, Ed (Linda) Cornelsen, Lubbock, TX and Paul (Susan) Shawnee,KS; sister and brother-in-law, Margaret (Ed) Rysdyk Grand Rapids, Michigan and a brother and sister-in-law, Richard (Ruth) Voth, Grand Rapids, Michigan; seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
