DEATH: Lucille Esther Bernhardt, 92

Lucille Esther Bernhardt, 92, a homemaker of Lost Springs, died Sept. 15 at Medicalodges in Herington.

The service is at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 20, at St. John?s Lutheran Church, 220 Sixth St., Lincolnville.

Burial will be at Lincolnville Cemetery.

Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, at Zeiner Funeral Home, Marion.

She was born May 25, 1923, to Henry and Esther Yaekel Schick near Lost Springs. On Oct. 6, 1940, she was married to Ezra Bernhardt, who predeceased her.

Survivors include son Max and wife Kathy of Jackson, Ga.; daughters Judyth and husband Steve Kill of Lincolnville and Patricia and husband Roger Turner of Salina; daughter-in-law Barbara Bernhardt of Lost Springs; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice and Hospice of Dickinson County and sent in care of Zeiner Funeral Home, 205 Elm St., Marion, KS 66861, in charge of arrangements.
