DEATH Linda Joy Johnson, 39

Linda Joy Johnson, 39, of rural Hillsboro, who was employed with a Newton insurance company, died Tuesday, April 28, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 2, at the Canton Christian Church, 111 N. Fifth St, Canton. Visitation is from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, May 1, at Olson?s Mortuary, 139 N. Main, Canton. Burial will be in the Canton Township Cemetery.

She was born March 25, 1970, to Richard and Naomi Sue (Weaver) Morris. On Feb. 12, 1993, she was married to Ty Johnson, who survives.

Other survivors include children Tanner Lane, Lakyn Tylin and Lynne Taylor, all of rural Hillsboro; parents Dick and Naomi Morris of Hillsboro; sister Paula Lynne and Steve Gann of Beggs, Okla.; parents-in-law Lee and Genie Swenson of Lindsborg and two nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Canton Christian Church or the Lehigh Fire Department and sent in care of Olson?s Mortuary, 139 N. Main, Canton, KS 67428.
