DEATH: LaVada Hagan, 84

LaVada Hagan, 84, a hairdresser, died June 29 at Hillsboro.

The service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, July 3, at Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church, 300 Prairie Pointe, Hillsboro.

Burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church Cemetery.

Visitation with family is from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Jost Funeral Home, Hillsboro.

She was born March 7, 1931, to Otto and Miriam (Reuscher) David at Hillsboro. On Dec. 20, 1954, she was married to Lewis Hagan, who survives.

Other survivors include son John and wife Marlene Hagen of rural Inman; daughters Coleen and husband Murray Koop of Hillsboro and Tamera and husband Kenneth Ollenburger of Hillsboro; brother Fred and wife Doris David of Hillsboro; sisters Vera David-Beach of Hillsboro and Darlene Helberg of Kissimmee, Fla.; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
