Konley Lowell Harding, 21, of Manhattan, formerly of Burdick, died Sunday, Oct. 28. The funeral will be at 1 p.m., Friday, Nov. 2, in the Herington Community Building, 810 S. Broadway. Visitation will be from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, 137 N. Union St., Council Grove, KS.
