Katherine ?Katie? Nickel Hiebert Schmidt Penner, 100, a farmer and cook at Salem Home, died April 4 at Hillsboro Community Hospital in Hillsboro.
The memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 10, at First Mennonite Church, 102 S. Ash St., Hillsboro. Burial will be at Haven of Rest Cemetery, east of Hillsboro.
No visitation is scheduled.
