J. C. Heyman, 73, employed 30 years with the Kansas Turnpike Authority, died Thursday, Feb. 26, at Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital in El Dorado.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, March 2, at Burns United Methodist Church with pastor Jim Bush officiating. Visitation is from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at Zeiner Funeral Home. Burial will be at Ebenezer Cemetery near Burns.
He was born March 7, 1935, in Newton and raised by his grandparents Calvin and Hattie Heyman. On July 7, 1962, he was married to Sandra Heath, who survives.
Other survivors include son Jim Heyman and grandson Steven all of Burns.
