Henry Leon Jones, 62, a Kansas Department of Transportation employee, died Thursday, March 19, at his home in Marion.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 18, at Highland Cemetery in Marion. A luncheon will follow at Marion County Lake Hall.
He was born Dec. 27, 1946, to Henry Junior Jones and Velma Arlene (Finch) Jones in Gove. On July 3, 1996, he was married to Marilyn Kay Jones, who survives.
Other survivors include his step-son Robert Hill of Wichita; daughter Tamera Schoonover of Oklahoma City, Okla. and Tonya Ann Jones of Salina; son Robert Baker of Emporia; step-daughters Kimberly Fielding of Wichita and Katherine Hill of Marion; brother Terry Lee Jones of McPherson; brother-in-laws Marvin Watkins and Melvin Watkins both of Wichita; sisters Darlene Fae Crispell of Amherst, N.Y. and Pamela Sue Keller of Topeka and nine grandchildren.
