Gary W. “Gooey” Tomlinson, 43, of Marion, a certified nursing assistant, died Dec. 1 at Kansas Christian Home in Newton from cancer.
Cremation has taken place. The memorial service is at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 6, at Zeiner Funeral Home, 205 Elm St., Marion. Burial will be at Marion Cemetery.
He was born Dec. 15, 1972, to Jeff and Rita (Stika) Tomlinson at Hillsboro.
Survivors include his mother of Marion; sons Caleb Tomlinson of Cottonwood Falls and Jackson (Bryant) Tomlinson of El Dorado; sister Karen Dornbush and fiancé Don Wedd of Peabody and grandfather Louis Stika Jr. of Marion.
A memorial fund has been established for Zeiner Funeral Home to assist the family with final expenses.
