DEATH: Ella Ruth Koehn, 84

Ella Ruth Koehn, 84, a homemaker, died Wednesday, July 22, at the Moundridge Manor in Moundridge.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 25, at Eden Church of God in Christ, Mennonite, Burns, with pastors Lowell Koehn and Vernon Koehn officiating. Burial will be in Eden Mennonite Church Cemetery, Burns.

Visitation is from noon until 6 p.m. Friday, July 24, at Petersen Funeral Home in Newton.

She was born Nov. 27, 1924, to Henry A. and Susie (Wedel) Ratzlaff in McPherson County. On Nov. 24, 1949, she was married to Nathan Koehn of Burns, who survives.

Other survivors include sons Royce and Rachel Koehn of Jamesport, Mo., Roland and Kimberly Koehn and Renferd and Wanda Koehn, all of Burns; daughter Vernela and Noah Peachey of Bellville, Penn.; 15 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
